Drabbles!

I wrote some drabbles over @ LJ. (LOL, Only the first one is 100 words exactly.) Not all of them are H/Hr, but I hope you enjoy them anyway! Please keep in mind they are not beta'd & I'm pretty sure they're OC. LOL, I'm just going to copy & paste them from LJ, so please ignore the user names. :p

A Smallville Drabble that came to me:

Toss of the coin.
Clark Kent sat in his loft with a quarter in his hand. He knew it was silly to answer important questions with something as trivial as a coin toss, but he was desperate. Heads meant he would tell Lana everything. All about his supernatural origins to his unusual abilities, and tails meant he would keep his secrets. Taking a deep breath, Clark tossed the coin into the air and waited for it to hit the ground. "What the fuck?!!" he thought to himself. When Clark looked down, the coin wasn't on heads or tails. It was balanced on its side.

Spike/Dawn drabble for [info]lori_the_bloody:

Love & Bloomin' Onions
Dawn picked up the hot plate from the table and carefully brought it over to where Spike was sitting on the couch. "What's this, luv?" Spike asked. Dawn rolled her eyes as she set the plate down on the coffee table. "It's a brand new car. Duh! It's a bloomin' onion, silly!" Spike sat up in his chair and began nibbling on his favorite treat. "I know what it is" Spike said between bites. "It's just, you hate it. Why would you go to Outback just to get one?" Dawn smiled at Spike as she sat down in his lap. "Well, I may not like it, but I know you do. Besides, isn't that what loves about? Trying to make each other happy?" Spike turned his head to look straight at Dawn as he replied "You're right, it is". As he said this, Spike picked Dawn up and carried her upstairs. Shrieking with surprise and delight, Dawn asked "Where are we going?" Spike winked at her as he whispered in her ear "To make each other happy.".

A Clark's POV on Lex/Lana drabble for [info]tightchic:

Maybe
If he had been honest with himself, Clark would have realized he had broke up with Lana to protect himself. What if he told her his secret and she one day decided she didn't want to be with someone so... different? Then Lana turned to Lex. Lex Luthor, the man who made his sour lies seem like sweet truths. He pretended to give Lana what she needed: honesty. As Clark made his way to the Daily Planet, he couldn't help but consider what Fine had said to him. Lana had stood by Lex, even after he came back different. Could that have been the way things would have been had he trusted Lana with his secret and his heart? He couldn't believe that it would, or seeing Lana kiss Lex would cause Clark's heart to shatter beyond repair. The only thing saving Clark from breaking down, was the hope that Lana would realize just what Lex was up to. Maybe then.. no, Clark couldn't hope for anything from Lana. He had to save Lana from Lex. If he could save Lana, then maybe his heartache would be worth while. Maybe.

Rory/Dean drabble for [info]naleyangel:

Coffee
Rory strolled down the street heading towards her favorite coffee shop near campus when she collided with someone coming out of a near by apartment. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" she heard a very familiar voice say. Looking up, she smiled as she said "Dean! I didn't know you lived here. Would you like to get some coffee with me and catch up?" Dean nodded as they both headed down the street. "Yeah, I've been living here almost a year. It's close to the business school that I've been going to." Dean opened the door to the coffee shop for Rory and she smiled at him. The two ordered their coffee and sat down on a cozy couch. "Wow, business school! That's awesome." Rory said as she sipped her latte. "Yeah, Ever since I fixed that car up for your birthday, I've been thinking about opening up my own auto shop. I've got the money saved up & the perfect location. I figure it would be wise to take a few business classes to help get me ready for all the responsibilities that come with running a business." Dean told her. "Well, I'm sure my mom would be happy to help you out. She's been doing really well running her own inn." Rory said as she smiled at Dean. "That would mean I'd be over your house almost everyday this summer. Are you sure you wouldn't mind?" Rory blushed as she responded "Oh, I know and I wouldn't mind at all. As a matter of fact, I think I'd like it." Dean reached out his hand until he was holding Rory's hand. "I'd like that too."

A Trever the Toad drabble for [info]fiiishy:

It wasn't me!
The life of a toad could be boring sometimes. Trevor had to make life interesting. On the train rides to Hogwarts, he made sure to escape from his owner, Neville at least once. It's not that he disliked the boy, it's just that he was bored. Hide and seek had always been Neville's favorite game when he was a young boy, so Trevor figured Neville might enjoy playing it every once in a while. Once classes were in session, Trevor was left in the Gryffindor Tower while Neville attended his lessons. After a while Trevor found another game he liked. Trevor enjoyed hiding Neville's roomates's belongings while they were out. He named the game "It wasn't me!", because that was the phrase heard most often when one of the boys would ask the others if they had taken whatever item Trevor had hid that day. Just then, the boys began walking into the dorm to drop off their bags before they went to dinner. The dorky looking red head & the boy with the glasses were almost out the door when the red head noticed something under is bed. "Hey Harry, Here's that notebook of yours!" He said as he bent to retrieve it from under his bed. "Tha..." Harry stopped short with his hand stretched towards Ron as he noticed Ron was reading the doodles Harry had made on the back of his notebook. Ron looked up at Harry with an unreadable look on his face as he handed the book to Harry. "Uhmmm..." Harry stammered. "It's not what it looks like! I don't like Hermione, I just wrote that to.... uhhm... practice my penmanship?" Harry finished weakly. Ron rolled his eyes and said "Of course you like her, dumb ass! I'm not blind Harry, I see the way you look at her and how she looks at you. And I'm fine with it. Besides, if you're busy snogging Hermione, then I can see if I have a shot with Luna" Ron said as he patted Harry on the back. The two boys discussed how Harry was going to tell Hermione as they exited the room. Yes, Trevor thought, "It wasn't me!" was a pretty darn good game.

Harry/Hermione drabble for [info]nousia:

A beautiful night for a walk.
It was nearing one in the morning and the Victory party was still going strong. Ever since Harry had defeated Voldemort, the parties had been almost nonstop. This one, was the most special as it was being held in the newly reopened Hogwarts. Scanning the Great Hall, Harry spotted Hermione chatting with Fleur and Luna. Harry approached the girls and smiled as the three spotted him and waved. "Hey, Harry, How are you?" Luna asked as Fleur kissed him on both cheeks and Hermione beamed at him. "Great, Thanks Luna. It's a bit crowded in here though. I was thinking about taking a walk. Would you like to come with me Hermione" Hermione nodded and the two said their good byes to Fleur and Luna before exiting the Great Hall. Harry and Hermione walked towards the lake and gazed at the star filled sky. "It's a beautiful night" Hermione commented. Harry nodded and said "Yeah, It feels more like spring than fall." Harry turned his head to look at Hermione as she admired the night sky. "I brought you out here because I kind of wanted to talk to you in private. I wanted to thank you. Not only for all of your help with finding the horcruxes and defeating Voldermort, but for everything. You have no idea how much I've relied on you these past 8 years." Harry said. Hermione turned to face Harry and said "Thank you for that, Harry. I'm just glad we could remain so close even after everything that's happened." Harry smiled at Hermione and kissed her nose. "So am I. Now that Voldemort is dead, maybe we have a chance to.." Harry faltered and looked at the ground. Hermione grabbed Harry's hand and said "Come on, Potter, Let's go for a walk. Who knows where the night will take us?". Hermione winked at Harry and the two headed towards the forest hand in hand.

A William Moseley/Emily drabble for [info]ohmygiddyaunt:

A Rainy Day Encounter
William sat down in the cozy coffee shop with his book and coffee. It was pouring rain outside and William was glad to be inside rather than getting soaked out there. The bell above the door jingled and a young girl entered the shop. She placed her umbrella in the umbrella stand and went to the counter to order her drink. William couldn't take his eyes off of her. She was, beautiful, that was true, but there was something else. He decided to take a chance and smiled at her as she passed his table. "Excuse me, It's pretty crowded in here, would you like share a table with me?" The beautiful stranger smiled and said "Thanks" as she sat down. "I'm William" he said as he extended his hand to her. "Oh, I know" She replied as she shook his hand. "I've seen you in The Chronicles of Narnia. I'm Emily, by the way." She took a sip of her drink and smiled as the beverage warmed her up. "My friends back in the States teased me about how rainy it is in London and so far it's done nothing but rain." William laughed and said "It can get pretty wet here. It's supposed to be much nicer tomorrow. I don't suppose you'd like to explore London with me tomorrow? I've got a few days left before I have to start my next movie and I can't think of a better way to spend them than showing a beautiful girl around." Emily smiled at him and said "Sure, I'd love that." The two chatted for a while before William had to leave. Before heading out, William got Emily's phone number and kissed her on the cheek while silently thanking who ever it was responsible for making it rain and bringing him and Emily to the same coffee shop.

A Harry/Hermione from Ron's POV drabble for [info]superbeffie:

Late night discoveries.
Ron reckons that if he hadn't been thirsty, he never would have found out about Harry and Hermione, at least not so soon. It was 2 weeks after Harry had defeated Voldemort and the trio was living together in a flat in London just two doors down from the Leaky Cauldron. Ron woke up from a very... interesting dream involving Luna, in desperate need of a drink of water. He shuffled to the kitchen but stopped when he heard voices in the sitting room. He peeked in and saw Harry and Hermione sitting very close together on the couch whispering words Ron could not hear from where he was standing. The words must have been of a romantic nature because Hermione blushed and giggled softly before leaning over and kissing Harry. Ron turned around and walked back to his bedroom, all thoughts of getting a drink forgotten. He hadn't been shocked by what he saw, ok, maybe he was, but not much. Ron knew Harry and Hermione cared for each other. He would have had to have been literally blind not to see it. The way the two had always been so close and how that bond seemed to grow while they had been hunting horcruxes. No, Ron, wasn't surprised. Happy for them, yes, but also a little sad that they were keeping their relationship a secret from him. "Maybe they thought I'd be mad." Ron mused. Settling into bed, Ron decided that the next morning he would tell Harry and Hermione about his feelings for Luna. Maybe his honesty would inspire the same in his two best friends. Falling into a peaceful sleep, Ron dreamed of a future where Harry and Hermione were happily together and Luna finally knew how much she meant to him.

A James Potter drabble for [info]vanillacocktail:

Hogsmeade
It was a crowded day in Hogsmeade that fine June day. Sixth year Gryffindor, James Potter hummed a catchy muggle tune as he headed towards the Three Broomsticks to meet his fellow Marauders for an end of year butterbeer. James was thinking about all the mischief he could get into with Padfoot, Moony & Wormtail now that they were all of age. A loud thump startled James out of his thoughts as he turned to see what had caused the noise. A big seventh year Gryffindor had just knocked a much smaller third year Slytherin to the ground in front of Zonko's. "Watch where you're going, freak!" The large Gryffindor snarled at the Slytherin who was frantically trying to gather his books and flee. Another Gryffindor blocked the young boy's escape and laughed cruelly in his face. "You know, Josh, Maybe we ought to teach this... Slytherin a lesson. What should we do to a snotty little Slytherin who think's he's too good to take his nose out of his book and actually watch we're he's going?" The two Gryffindor's were about to reach for their wands, when James stepped between them and the Slytherin boy. "I know, You can let him pass by and go on with your day" James said, staring at the both of them. "Yeah, Whatever, Potter. We were just having fun." The two slunk off and the young Slytherin thanked James before dashing off. James resumed his trek to the Three Broomsticks when he heard a familiar voice from behind him. "Wow, That was decent of you, Potter. Maybe I've had you wrong all of these years" Lily Evans said as she walked up to him. James's heart fluttered at getting a compliment from Lily. "Why, Evans, I was just doing what a good Gryffindor should do. Care to join me and the boys for a butterbeer?" Lily smiled at James and said "I have a better idea, how about I meet you by the lake after you have a butterbeer with Remus, Sirius & Peter. Maybe you can show me what else I've missed about you." With that Lily winked and walked back to where he friends were standing. James smiled as he walked into the Three Broomsticks imagining what would happen when he finally got some alone time with the beautiful Ms. Evans.

A Superman/Lois drabble for [info]malfoysvixen:

Family time
Lois let out a curse as the fifth taxi passed her by. She was already an hour late getting home and Jason was really looking forward to watching that new DVD with her. Ever since the two had been held captive by Lex Luthor, Jason was reluctant to let her out of his sight. "My little protector" Lois mused with a small small on her face. "He's so much like..." Lois was snapped out of her thoughts by a light breeze to her left. She knew it hadn't been the wind, it was.. "Having trouble, Ms. Lane?" Superman asked her. Lois turned and stared into his beautiful blue eyes. Clearing her throat she answered. "Yeah, I had to work late and now I'm having a hard time getting a cab. Jason was really looking forward to spending the evening watching a movie with me." At the mention of Jason's name, Superman's eyes lit up and he asked "Can I fly you home then? It would be much quicker than a cab." Lois nodded and Superman gently put his arms around her waist and floated up. As the two flew towards Lois's house, she couldn't stop herself from staring at him. He was so strong, such an amazing person. She could hardly believe that he could have feelings for her, and yet he did. In no time, the two were floating gracefully down in front of her house. "Thanks for the lift. It seems like you're always around when I need you." Lois smiled and turned to walk towards the house. She took two steps, paused and turned around. "I don't suppose you'd like to join Jason and I for movie night? We just rented Batman Begins from netflix." Superman smiled at this offer and nodded his head. "I'd love to." he said as he walked beside her towards the house and held the door open for her. "This feels right" Lois thought to herself. "Just my son, his father and me enjoying a movie together."

A Clark/Lana drabble for [info]tearingapart:

Between Us
Clark entered the Talon on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get a caffeine fix before meeting Chloe to go over history notes. He smiled to himself to see Lana behind the counter. Lana saw Clark and smiled. "Hi Clark! What's up?" Clark slid onto a stool at the counter and said "Not much, I was just hoping to get a little caffeine into my system before I had to meet Chloe to study for that big test." Lana handed Clark a cup of coffee and smiled. "Just the way you like it." She winked at him. Clark took a sip and smiled at her. "I can't believe you remember how I take my coffee. You've only taken my order a few times." Lana smiled shyly and admitted "I remember everything you tell me, Clark." Lana blushed and busied herself so she didn't have to feel like a fool for making such a confession to Clark. Clark was warmed by her words and touched her arm. "I never forget anything you tell me either. How much longer do you have to work this afternoon? That movie you wanted to see is playing in Metropolis, I figure we can go see it." Lana looked at Clark and said "That would be awesome! I get off in 15 minutes, we can..." She stopped short and shook her head. "What am I saying? You have to meet Chloe to study and I'm meeting Whitney at his dad's store to keep him company while he does inventory." Clark couldn't believe he almost blew Chloe off. "You're right" He said as he stood up to leave. "I guess we can do it another time, when nothing can get in the way." Clark walked towards the door and turned to look at Lana. She smiled at him and said "Yeah, I'd like that. We can get together when there's nothing in the way". The two said goodbye and Clark got into his truck. Driving over to Chloe's, Clark wondered if there ever would be a time when he and Lana could get together with nothing standing in between them.
